Orders, shipping and consumer rights
The seller of NOMAE-branded products is Eamon Thomas, trading under the registered business name NOMAE FIT in Brisbane, Australia, ABN 46 229 118 548. Contact: support@nomae.com.au. Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is included or charged.
Orders
Orders open Tuesday 3 November, 5 pm Brisbane time. When sales open, you pay at checkout. Your order status appears on the confirmation page and in your account. Trackers are dispatched in the order they were bought.
Dispatch: In stock, it ships next business day. On backorder, 12 to 18 days. Checkout shows which. Your checkout shows the estimate for your order. If the estimate changes, we'll email you the new date and the reason, and you can choose to wait or take a full refund.
We limit orders to 3 trackers each. If we ever can't supply your order, we'll refund it in full.
Price
The tracker is A$249. Orders placed from the first batch pay the launch price of A$199. A friend's invite link (nomae.com.au/f/their-username) takes 5% off each tracker at checkout; one discount applies per order, whichever saves more, and you can't use your own link. You pay the price shown at checkout when you order; prices are not adjusted afterwards. The app is free to download and use; Coach is an optional subscription.
Shipping
Trackers ship from Brisbane, Queensland, to Australian addresses only, with free tracked shipping. When your tracker ships we email you the tracking number, and it also appears in your account.
Cancelling
We start building and packing your tracker as soon as you've paid, so orders can't be cancelled for change of mind. If we can't ship by the date your checkout showed, we'll email you and you can choose to wait or take a full refund. If we can't supply your order at all, we refund it in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method and are complete when Stripe confirms them; your bank may take a few days to show it.
Change of mind
We don't offer refunds for change of mind, so check your machines before you order.
If it isn't working the way you expected, email us with your order number. A lot of the time it's a setting or a different spot on the stack, and we'll sort it with you. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law below.
If something is wrong
Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will assess it and provide any repair, replacement or refund required by Australian Consumer Law, including reimbursement of reasonable return postage where required.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

About the product
The tracker measures how a machine's weight stack moves; you enter the weight in the app. It is made for selectorised machines with a steel weight stack and the bench press: see which machines. Rep counts are estimates and can be corrected in the app. Some product images are renders of the design; the rest are photos of real trackers.
Using it safely
NOMAE is a training log. It isn't safety equipment or a medical device. Follow the instructions, check it's firmly attached before every set, and keep using a spotter or safety arms on barbell lifts. Counts and speeds are estimates, so don't rely on them to decide how much you can safely lift or anything about an injury or your health.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for loss caused by using the tracker in a way the instructions say not to, or by relying on a count or speed for those decisions. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy and law
See our privacy policy. Queensland and Australian law apply, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
