These terms explain use of the NOMAE development website. NOMAE is based in Brisbane, Australia. Questions can be sent to nomaeofficial@gmail.com.

A product in development

NOMAE is an untested product under development. This site shares the intended concept, prototypes, design renders and interface previews. These are not proof of a finished, validated or certified product. Features, materials, compatibility, performance, pricing and availability may change.

There are no pre-orders, reservations or sales on this site. Following the project or contacting us does not create an order or guarantee access to a product. Sales, delivery, cancellation and refund terms will be provided before we accept any orders.

Training information

Website content and interface examples are general product information, not personalised training or medical advice. NOMAE has not been validated for accuracy, secure attachment, injury prevention or diagnosing or treating a condition. Do not use design previews as instructions for attaching an untested prototype to equipment. Follow equipment instructions and obtain appropriate professional advice for your circumstances.

Using the website

You may browse and share links for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, distribute malicious software through it or misrepresent affiliation with NOMAE.

Content and third-party material

NOMAE branding and original content belong to their respective owners. Rights in third-party material remain with those owners; see the credits page. These terms do not remove permissions granted by applicable open licences or rights under law. Ask before reusing original NOMAE content commercially.

External links are provided for convenience. We do not control the content or operation of third-party websites.

Accuracy, availability and your rights

We aim to keep development information accurate but the site may contain errors or be unavailable. Please contact us if something appears incorrect. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the project develops. The date above identifies this version. Queensland and Australian law apply, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply to you elsewhere.
