This policy covers the NOMAE public development website at nomae.fit. NOMAE is based in Brisbane, Australia. Contact us at nomaeofficial@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.

Information handled by this website

The website displays development information. It does not offer accounts, email subscriptions, checkout, payments or workout-data uploads. It does not ask you to provide health information.

When you visit, the hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, requested URLs, browser information and request times to deliver the website, protect it and diagnose problems.

If you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this to respond and manage the enquiry. Please do not send payment card details, passwords or sensitive health information. Our public inbox uses Google Gmail; Google processes messages as the email service provider. See Google’s privacy policy.

Emailing an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future email subscription will have a separate opt-in and a way to unsubscribe.

Cookies, storage and external links

This version of the website does not set cookies or use browser storage, advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. Fonts and images are served with the website. There is no embedded social feed. Links to TikTok and other external sites take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Access, sharing and overseas processing

Information is handled by people managing NOMAE enquiries and the hosting and email providers needed to operate these services. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information where required by law.

Google operates internationally, so emails may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where Google operates. Hosting locations and any additional providers will be confirmed before public release.

Security and retention

We limit access to enquiries to those who need it to respond and operate the business. No internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Enquiries are kept while needed to resolve the matter and meet applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted when no longer needed. Service providers may retain technical logs and backups under their own schedules.

Your choices and complaints

You can browse without sending us an enquiry. Email nomaeofficial@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent, or to make a privacy complaint. We may need to verify your identity and may need to retain records required by law. We aim to respond within 30 days. If unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which can explain whether the matter is within its jurisdiction.

Future app and website changes

This policy does not describe the unreleased NOMAE app. App data practices will be documented before release. We will update this policy before introducing collection features such as subscriptions or checkout, and display the revised date here.
